What’s the dress code + vibe?

The welcome dinner on Friday is smart casual. It will be held on a covered patio with large overhead heaters. San Diego in late February can get chilly at night. Bringing an additional layer is a safe bet.

The party on Saturday is cocktail-ish to formal-ish. Show up and show out. Less wedding, more 3am after the Oscars. We’ve curated some examples here. Have fun with it! The space is indoors.

What’s the parking situation?

The Lafayette Hotel offers overnight valet for $38/night with unlimited in & out privileges. Day parking is $15 (you must retrieve your car by 1 am). Street parking around the hotel is difficult, but not impossible. Be prepared for a walk!

Lou Lou’s is attached to The Lafayette Hotel and uses their valet.

Puesto has ample parking, though we will have a shuttle taking our guests between The Lafayette Hotel and Puesto. Details to come.

Can I bring my kid(s)?

In order to allow all guests - especially parents - a weekend of relaxation, our wedding festivities are adult only. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

Our save the dates were supposed to have that info on them, but we still haven’t been able to troubleshoot the issue. If you’re unsure whether or not we’ve got you down for a plus one, shoot us a text or email.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate additional guests beyond our invited guest list.

Can I get y’all something that’s not on your registry?

We're thrilled and grateful you're considering contributing to our life as newlyweds and beyond! While we appreciate the temptation to surprise us, we've carefully curated our registry to ensure we don't end up with four toasters and a life-sized garden gnome.
